PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation of the coryservation program will begin in 1996 for the public
awareness and information portions, City irrigation review, xeriscape demonstration plot,
and infrastructure audit. These items are deemed most crucial to the beginning plan to
shape up the most obvious problems.

Other items in the Water Conservation Plan will be carried out in the near future
as the City proceeds with implementing each phase.
