Colorado. hereinafter termed "RMBL", <br /> <br />and the State of Colorado by and through the Department of <br /> <br />Natural Resources hereinafter termed "the department," and <br /> <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board hereinafter termed <br /> <br />"the board," both located at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver. <br /> <br />Colorado 80203. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RMBL owns water rights to certain ponds locat- <br /> <br />ed in what is commonly known as the Mexican Cut area of <br /> <br />Gunnison County, Colorado. being in Township 12 South. Range <br /> <br />87 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, more particularly <br /> <br />described on the attached exhibit IIA" which were decreed by <br /> <br />the Wa~er Court, Water Division No.5, November 6, 1972 <br /> <br />with an appropriation date of July 1, 1932 in case No. W566 <br />--------- <br /> <br />through W563; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS.
