Prohibits <br />state facility landscape irrigation between the hours of II a.m. and 7 p.m. <br />Authorizes water courts to approve a change of water right for <br />saved water if the approval will not cause material injury to vested water <br />rights or adversely affect Colorado's interstate compact entitlements or <br />obligations and the saved water is limited to the historical consumptive <br />use associated with the water right. <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
