Limits such authority to a district that <br />includes water providers whose service areas are located in Douglas or <br />Arapahoe county and that opt to be included in 1he district. Authorizes <br />the dis1rict to enact a deemed consent resolution pursuant 10 which the <br />distric1 would control previously unappropriated ground water lying <br />within the district's boundaries. <br />Specifies that the district's board will consist of up to 9 directors <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
