<br />CONCERNING SUPPORT FOR THE RUETER-HESS RESERVOIR
<br />IN-THE-PARKER-WATER-A:ND-SitNITATION-DISTRICT.

<br />WHEREAS, An adequate supply of high-quality water is essential for
<br />the economy, sustainable growth, and the quality oflife of residents of the
<br />Parker, Colorado area; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Colorado is an arid state that has periodic droughts and
<br />must carefully conserve and reuse its limited supply of water as much as
<br />possible; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Douglas County and the south metro area is especially
<br />vulnerable to drought and water supply storage problems; and
