For calendar years commencing on or afterJanuary 1,2002, <br />imposes a residential water conservation fee of one dollar <br />per year on each unit of residential real property in the state <br />and specifies that all fee revenues and any investment <br />interest or income earned on such revenues constitute a <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
