Coordination and regulation of growth throughout the state <br />is a matter of statewide interest and concem. <br />. Better coordination of growth throughout the state may <br />enhance the health, welfare, and safety of people <br />throughout the state and further enhance the high quality of <br />life enjoyed by Colorado residents. <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
