The OWCDP has determined <br /> that the application meets the Colorado Water Conservation Board Guidelines for reviewing grant <br /> proposals. <br /> The OWCDP staff is pleased to award the St Charles Mesa Water District a grant in the amount of <br /> $49,919.66 for a Water Conservation Implementation Grant that meets the requirements outlined in <br /> SB07-008.
