The draft 75% report was delivered to the CWCB in November <br /> 2010. The public comment period for the report was completed on April 24, 2011. ECCV is <br /> currently incorporating public comments into the report. Acceptance of the report is anticipated by <br /> ECCV's Board of Directors in June 2011 with submittal to the CWCB in July 2011.
