AND DECREE OF THE WATER COURT
The Application in this case was filed on October 18, 2006, and was referred to
the Water Referee for Water Division No. 6, in accordance with C.R.S. § § 37 -92 -101, et
seq.
All notices required by law of the filing of the Application have been fulfilled and
the Referee has jurisdiction of the Application. No Statements of Opposition have been
filed and the time for filing Statements of Opposition has passed.
