I have to say that I've seen the Pre=Hearing <br />Order issued, by oiir Hsaring Coordinator, Felicity Hannay. The Ma.y minutes, both of which are subject to <br />• approval, are the first thing qn our agenda tomorrow, were given to <br />' us in July. The pre-hearing conference was held on August 2e at the Attorney General's office. Several people . <br />attended by phone and several pecsple attended by being there. And <br />the Pre-Hearing Order is available for anybody?who wants to look at <br />it. 'It Iists all the people who were in attendance. <br />The frst thing we clid fihere was- to deal with some requests by the <br />applicant, one of which was a request that forinal cross-examination <br />of witnesses be permitted..
