The Bill shouid be signed and its conditions in effect by July 1,2002, <br /> <br />2, A Feasibility Studv is required, John Van Sciver has drafted the study titled "Feasibility of <br />Rehabilitation of the Four Seasons Trout Farm Fish Hatchery," The final report will meet the <br />requirements of the CWCB Construction Fund Guidelines for feasibility studies, <br />
