All notices required by law of the filing of this Application have been fulfilled <br />and the Referee has jurisdiction of this Application. Statements of Opposition were <br />filed by JC Mesa, LLC; Top ofthe World; and John G. Irwin in this matter and the <br />time for filing additional Statements of Opposition has expired.
