The water right will be used to maintain at the City's Boating Park control <br />structures the minimum flow needed to provide a reasonable recreation experience. The <br />course is shown in the enclosed Figure 1. The streamflow availability analysis <br />described herein confirmed that Yampa River flows are sufficient to satisfy the <br />recommended flows for the water right application. <br /> <br />Analvsis Summary <br />The streamflow availability analysis consists of comparisons between <br />recommended Boating Park flows and Yampa River streamflow data. The <br />recommended flows were provided to us by the City, as summarized below.
