<br />Conservancy District was beld at the office of the District, 905 Hiway 50 West,
<br />Pueblo, Colorado, on Thursday, November 16, 1967, at 10:00 a. m.

<br />President Nlohols declared a quorum to be present, and opened the meeting by
<br />advising tbal Directors Cooper, 'Christy, Everett, and Shoun were absent by virtue
<br />of the fact the Board had autborized their attendance at the National Reclamation
<br />Association meeting being held in Honolulu, Hawaii. He stated these Directors
<br />would report on this important meeting at tbe December meeting.

<br />President Nichols asked if there were any corrections or alterations to the minutes
<br />of the October 19, 1967 meeting as distributed, and hearing none, declared tbem
<br />approved.

<br />TREASURER'S REPORT:
<br />
<br />General Manager Thomson. in the absence of Treasurer James Shoun" reported that
<br />;hc financial statement approved by the Board of Directors at the October 19. 1967
<br />meeting had been corrected by the deletion of the IIEngineer account in the amount of
<br />$295.00" on Page 1. He stated a corrected statement in this regard is a part of the
<br />financial statement for the November meeting. Ciruli moved, seconded by Dilley,
<br />that the corrected statement be made a part of tbe official records.
