AVERAGE ANNUAL FLOOD DAMAGE.- Basic damage data utilized in <br />the Gunnison-Arkansas project planning report, dated January 1950, in <br />addition to data developed in current studics of water and related land <br />resource development of the Arkansas River Basin upstream from John <br />~'artin Dam were utilized to estimate average annual flood losses. The <br />liver "as divided into nine reaches for the analysis as dictated by <br />major tributaries that have significant effects on main stcm flow <br />frequencies.
