AVERAGE ANNUAL FLOOD DAMAGE.- Basic damage data utilized in the Gunnison-Arkansas project planning report, dated January 1950, in addition to data developed in current studics of water and related land resource development of the Arkansas River Basin upstream from John ~'artin Dam were utilized to estimate average annual flood losses.
