<br />Colorado River Studies Office Staff <br /> <br />LEE J. MCQUlVEY became Chief of the Colorado River Studies Office (CRSO) in December 1990, He is responsible for <br />directing the completion of the Phase IT Glen Canyon Environmental Studies (GeES) and preparation of the Glen Canyon <br />Dam Environmental Impact Statement (GCDEIS) with assistance from the GeES and National Environmental Policy Act <br />(NEP A) Managers. Lee joined the staff from Reclamation's Utah Projects Office where he assisted in managing the <br />planning and constroction of the Central Utah Project (CUP). Prior to that, he was the area representative for the Army <br />Corps of Engineers' Sacramento District in Salt Lake City, directing studies in the Upper Colorado River Basin and the <br />Great Basin of Utah. <br /> <br />RAYMOND GUNN is an Environmental Protection Specialist with the Environmental Quality Division of the National <br />Park Service (NPS), Washington, DC. He was assigned as tpe NPS Coordinator for the GCDEIS in November 1990 to <br />facilitate the involvement of the five NPS offices having a direct interest in this project. <br /> <br />TIM RANDLE was appointed NEP A Manager in October 1991. Tim is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the <br />GCDEIS. He has been with the EIS team since its inception, providing expertise in river hydraulics and sediment. He was <br />involved with Phase I of the GCES from 1983-87. For the past 9 years, Tim served as a hydraulic engineer with <br />Reclamation's Sedimentation Section in Denver. <br /> <br />GORDY LIND joined the CRSO staff in September 1991 as an Environmental Protection Specialist. Gordy has provided <br />expertise in environmental compliance for Reclamation for 19 years in Reclamation offices in Salem, Oregon; Phoenix, <br />Arizona; Huron, South Dakota; and the past 10 years in the Upper Colorado Region. Gordy has extensive experience with <br />the NEP A process, including participation in the preparation of the CUP, Central Arizona Project, Oahe Unit, and other <br />Environmental Impact Statements. <br /> <br />KATE O'HARE joined the CRSO staff as the Public Involvement Specialist in August 1991. She comes to the staff from <br />Reclamation's Utah Projects and Bonneville Constroction Offices where she held positions as a Writer-Editor, Editorial <br />Assistant, and Public Involvement Technician. Prior to joining Reclamation in 1983, Kate held a variety of positions with <br />the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, DC, including serving on the staff responsible for facilitating open <br />communications between the Administrator and the aviation community. <br /> <br />ROBIN THOMPSON provides clerical and general office support for the CRSO staff and interoffice administrative <br />coordination for the CRSO, NEP A, and GCES staffs. <br /> <br />GCES STAFF - The GCES staff, located in Flagstaff, Arizona, provides the technical field expertise and support necessary <br />for the completion of the Glen Canyon Environmental Studies, technical reports and databases, and monitoring programs. <br />The GeES staff consists of Reclamation and contract personnel in a variety of disciplines in scientific, technical, and <br />administrative fields. Much of the field staff support is provided by Northern Arizona University and the volunteer <br />program of the National Park Service.
