"Fort Lyon or Las Animas Consolidated cannot carry <br />water forward-.al' water goes to the Conservation Pool and <br />District 67 stands transit loss to Kansas; the majority of which <br />is stood by Amity". <br />There was more discussion about other ditches standing <br />the same charge in winter storage and conservalion pool. <br />Howard Reynolds asked if there is two different water <br />accounts and the answer was "no"; it is 35% plus evaporation. <br />The Board had no comment at this time. <br />Calvin Stalford asked if there was a change in view to <br />which Clifford Verhoeff answered, "No change". Leo Pollart <br />asked for the members to act on the Resolution. <br />Motion passed as read. <br />CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE: <br />Preliminary Report: Outstanding shares of stock of <br />34,662.86 and that there is represented at said meeting by <br />person and by proxy the sum of 19,119.56 shares and there is a <br />majority of stock represented and a quorum for the transaction <br />of business. <br />A motion to accept was made by Paul Frank and seconded <br />by Paul Pierson. Motion passed. <br />Jim Sherwood then moved to perfect the temporary <br />organization, seconded by Paul Frank. Motion passed. <br />Guests were then introduced: Jim Rogers, Compact <br />Representative; Bill Pall ie, former Amity Superintendent and <br />retired in 1960; Cardon Berry, Kiowa County Commissioner; <br />Bill Howland, Division of Water Resources; Ed Blackburn, <br />representing Ft.
