Gildersleeve, Chief Engineer of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, concerning Plan E (gross storage, <br />Curecanti 940,000, Crystal 510,000 and Vrhitewater 880,000, or a total of <br />2,330,000 acre-feet gross storage in t he Gunnison River Basin as part of <br />the Colorado River Storage Project plan), as a substitute for Plan A <br />presented in the Colorado River Storage Project by the Bureau of <br />Reclamation. <br /> <br />7.
