Task 6: Phase III Plan of Study a) Purpose Based on the results of Phase II including Sub-task 5e, this task will develop a plan of study for the next phase of the Project. b) Approach The consultant team will incorporate the results of Phase II including the TAC's Phase II screening efforts into a draft Phase ill Plan of Study. This draft will be review by the T AC and PMT and comments will be incorporated into a final Phase III Plan of Study. c) Output A draft and final Phase III Plan of Study will be prepared, d) Task Leader: Lee Rozaklis D. Task 16: Ongoing Project Administration and Oversight a) Purpose Provide overall coordination of efforts and communication among the T AC, the Project Management Team (PMT) the State Management Team and the Consulting Team and regular reporting of study progress and budgetary matters. Continue exploring system integration opportunities during Phase 1 of the MWSI project, using infonnation as it comes available from other Phase 1 efforts. Provide a sounding board and infonnation source for ongoing Phase 1 studies, including revisions to system map and water supply inventory and accounting. Identify pinch points, existing and potential interconnections and water supply process related issues. b) Approach The PMT and the State Management Team will meet on a monthly basis through the course of Phase II, The TAC Work Groups will meet on sequentially on September 20, 1994 to review and discuss study progress. The date for this meeting may be postponed if work on Phase II begins later than August 1, 1994. Adeast one
