For the months set forth below, as evidenced by
Metro's DMRs, Metro discharged the following
concentrations of TSS (reported as 7-day averages) to
the South Platte River, and reported the following
number of exceptions:

~(l) (A) 32 mg/l for February 1982 (Exhibit
1982-2).

(B) number of exceptions: 8.

(2) (A) 37 mq/l for March 1983 (Exhibit
1983-3).

(B) number of exceptions: 4.

(3) (A) 31 mq/l for March 1984 (Exhibit
1984-3).

(B) number of exceptions: 3.

(4) (A) 33 mg/l for November 1984 (Exhibit
1984-11) .

(B) number of exceptions: 3.

b. Each reported concentration set forth in
subparagraph a, above, was in excess of the
30 mg/l TSS concentration set forth in the
1979 permit.

c. Each reported exception (beyond one exception)
set forth in subparagraph b, above, represents
a 7-day average TSS concentration in excess of the
30 mg/l 7-day average TSS concentration set forth
.in the 1979 permit.

d. Each reported concentration and exception
(beyond one exception) set forth in subparagraph a,
above, constitutes a violation of the 7-day
average TSS parameter of the 1979 permit.

e. The above violations total 42 in number.

5.

a. For the months set forth below, as evidenced
by Metro's DKRs, Metro discharged the fOllowing
numbers of fecal coliform organisms (reported as
30-day averages) to the South Platte River:

(1) 1.227 organisms/lOa mI. for July 1981
(Exhibit 1981-7).

E-3
