For the months set forth below as evidenced by Metro's <br />~DKRs, Metro discharged the following concentrations of <br />BOD (reported as 3D-day BOD averages) to the South <br />Platte River. <br /> <br />(1) 21 mg/l for February 1982 (Exhibit <br />1982-2), <br /> <br />(2) 25 mg/1 for November 1982 (Exhibit <br />1982-11), <br /> <br />(3) 22 mg/1 for December 1982 (Exhibit <br />1982-12) . <br /> <br />(4) 21 mg/1 for February 1983 (Exhibit <br />1983-2). <br /> <br />(5) 23 mg/1 for March 1983 (Exhibit <br />1983-3). <br /> <br />(6) 22 mg/l for September 1983 (Exhibit <br />1983-9). <br /> <br />(7) 21 mg/1 for October 1984 (Exhibit <br />1984-10). <br /> <br />(8) 23 mg/l for May 1985 (Exhibit 1985-5). <br /> <br />(9) 21 mg/l for September 1985 (Exhibit <br />1985-9). <br /> <br />b. The concentrations set forth in subparagraph a, above, <br />were in excess of the 20 mg/l concentration set forth <br />in the 1979 permit. <br /> <br />c. Each reported concentration set forth in subparagraph <br />a, above, constitutes a violation of the 30-day average <br />BOD parameter of set forth in the 1979 permit. <br /> <br />d. The above violations total 270 in number. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />a. For the month set forth below, as evidenced by <br />Metro's DKRs, Metro discharged the following <br />concentration of BOD (reported as a 7-day <br />average) to the South Platte River, and reported <br />the following number of exceptions: <br /> <br />(1) 31 mg/1 for July 1984 (Exhibit 1984-7). <br /> <br />E-1 <br />
