<br />o CONTENTS <br />C_~ <br />N <br />-.J <br />ec This volume comprises Section 5, Drainage, of Part II of <br />Q the Report of the Arkansas-White-Red Basins Inter-Agency Committee, <br />which was organized by direction of the President to conduct a <br />comprehensive survey of the water and related land resources of the <br />Arkansas, White, and Red River Basins, as authorized in Section 205, <br />Public Law 516, 81st Congress, Second Session.
