<br />reservoir rights. The cash went to John L. Samples.
<br />(h) Warrant No. 1152, June 25, 1963, to cash, $1,200 for
<br />water rights. The cash went to John L. Samples.
<br />(i) Warrant No. 1259, March 6, 1964, to cash, $930 for 31
<br />rights at $30. The cash went to John L. Samples.
<br />(j) Warrant No. 1271, April 13, 1964, to cash, $705 for
<br />rights rental.
<br />(k) Warrant No. 1347, July 14, 1964, to cash, $70 for 7
<br />Prewitt rights.
<br />(1) Warrant No. 1350, July 20, 1964, to cash, $870 for
<br />rental of 29 rights.
<br />(In all of the foregoing, wherever it is stated where the
<br />cash was delivered, the statement is based on notations on the
<br />books, often consisting of the initials "J.L.S." or "F.L.G." We
<br />were told by Cecil Osborne that these initials stood for "John L.
<br />Samples" and "Frank L. Gill" and indicated to whom the cash or
<br />the warrant for cash had been delivered).
