in September there would be no significant bypass of the Fremont Canyon
Powerplant, Alcova Reservoir would be maintained at the normal levels
throughout the water year and a full irrigation demand would be anti-
cipated by the Kendrick Project from May through September, The
,Kendrick Project would accrue about 103,000 a,f. of water during the
year, Gray Reef releases would average about 1,000 cfs during
October and November, 900 cfs from December through March and
scheduled thereafter to meet irrigation demands, Glendo Reservoir
would be filled to about 90 percent of capacity by the end of May
and evacuated to meet downstream irrigation demands thereafter.
Glendo and Guernsey reservoirs would be operated to make full
irrigation delivery to the Glendo Unit and the North Platte Project,
Winter releases would be scheduled to allow normal draw down at
Boysen Reservoir to 580,000 a,f, content by January 31, Releases
thereafter, at less than capability, would allow the reservoir to
fill without spill by July 31. Buffalo Bill Reservoir would be
drawn down to 169,000 a,f. content by March 31, and the reservoir
would fill by ,the end of July. Above normal carry-over storage
would exist in Buffalo Bill Reservoir at the end of the year,
A total of 544 million kilowatt hours of energy would be required
from the MRB-Eastern Division System in meeting an estimated power
load of 2,008 million kilowatt hours during Water Year 1968.

With reasonable minimum inflow, operations would be similar to
most probable inflow conditions, except that Green Mountain
Reservoir would be lowered to 60,000 a,f, content by the end of
April, The Cities of Denver and Colorado Springs would withhold
all available Blue River water totaling about 40,000 a.f. during
the May-July period, With minimum releases to downstream rights,
Green Mountain Reservoir would fill by the end of July, Required
releases during August and September would lower reservoir storage
to about 122,000 a.f. by the end of the year. All available water
totaling about 27,000 a.f. would be pumped from Willow Creek
Reservoir to Lake Granby during the season. Adams Tunnel diversions
would be increased starting in February to extent allowed by limited
storage in Lake Granby, The reservoir would fill to only 245,000 a,f.
content at the end of June. Supplemental irrigation delivery of
nearly 300,000 a.f, during the year would deplete Colorado~ig
Thompson Project reserves by over 148,000 a,f, Sufficient water
would be available for a full irrigation delivery to all projects
on the North Platte System. Combined storage on the system would
be depleted by nearly 575,000 a,f, With no accrual, Kendrick Project
storage water ownership would be only 218,000 a,f. at the end of the
water year, After normal winter draw down, releases from Boysen
Reservoir would be limited to minimum downstream requirements
throughout the season. Boysen Reservoir would fill to 686,000 a,f,
by the end of June and carry-over storage would be well below average
at the end of the water year, With minimum required releases,
