Congress such action as will bring <br /> <br />about the best use of the water resourceS of this grJat river <br /> <br />system, the largest ana most important river syst0m lying <br /> <br />ontirely within the aria region. <br /> <br />Fortunately, the investigations at Boulder Canyon havG <br /> <br />shown the feasibility of a high dam at that point which, if <br /> <br />built, would furnish storage e,s sho\Vll in the following tables: <br />
