Inflow is assumed to be fully depleted upstream (Dillon Reservoir will
normally irelease 50 ft3/s or depleted inflow, whichever is less but may at
50 releAse for downstream calls which cannot be met by exchange from
Williams :Fork and or other proposed reservoirs).

4. Filling of the 52,000 acre foot replacement pool has first priority.

5. Repl~cement releases for out-of-priority CBT Project diversions are made
from the:S2,OOO acre foot replacement pool.

6. Rel~ases for natural flow shortages. silt demands. watersales. and
reservoir regulation are made from the useable power pool (dead storage is
assumed ~o reside in the power pool).

7. Sho~tage criteria was imposed on water sales and shared proportionately
between areas and types of users.

8. The' City of Denver's right to operate a Dinon Reservoir to Williams

Fork Reservoir exchange is subordinate to beneficiaries of Green Mountain

Reservoir. including those beneficiaries located upstream of Green Mountain

Reservoir.

ASSUMPT~ONS UTILIZED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WATER SALES DATA BASE

The water sales demand level, release pattern and flow depletions are based
on the consolidation and sunmary of data submitted by requestors for long
term water sales contracts as provided by the Colorado River Water
Conservation District. The following assumptions were utilized in the deve-
lopment'of the water sales data base.
