This assumption is based on the long established and well recognized <br />plan of Denver to maximize Blue River depletions. The Williams Fork <br />exchanges simulated in the model are assumed to be released from Denver's <br />existing' Williams Fork Reservoir and/or additional proposed West Slope <br />reservoirs. <br /> <br />No inherent approval. authority. or right for Denver's Dillon-Williams Fork <br />exchange and/or Dillon-Williams Fork-Green Mountain exchange is to be <br />implied from the hydrology model. <br /> <br />Coding f~r exercise of the refill right referred to on the Final Decree. <br />consolidated cases. Civil Action Nos 2782. 5016. and 5017. page two. was not <br />included in this study. <br /> <br />The criteria and assumptions for modeling Green Mountain Reservoir are sum- <br />marized as follows: <br /> <br />1. Inflow is bypassed for senior downstream appropriators as required. <br /> <br />2. Releases for natural Ylow shortages are made as needed at Cameo from the <br /> <br />100.000 acre foot power pool up to 66.000 acre beet between the commencement <br /> <br />of fill dates (assumed to be Aprll 15 to April 15 for this study). <br />
