It is recognized by the Committee that due to use and reuse of

water supplies attribllt~ble to the project, and it is recommended that the

table included in the Engineering Report of December 30, 1949, copy of

which is attached hereto, be used as a measure of project irrig~tion

benefits for the Initial Phase, Gunnison-Arkansas Project.
