Most especially we benefited from the professional <br />contribution of Mr. R. Steven Scheldt, Soil Conservation Service State Biologist, <br />in the conception of the work, interaction in the field, and discussions in the <br />laboratory. Robert Fuller of the SCS Roosevelt office was also helpful in the field <br />investigation. <br />From the Utah Division of Water Resources, Dr. Norman Stauffer and David <br />Cole have been very helpful in providing input from the DWR point of view.
