<br />JUST A STRAY THOUGHT
<br />There seems to be reason for ex-
<br />pecting a good market' for all farm
<br />products, and for cattIe, sheep,
<br />hogs, and poultry products this
<br />..year. In anticipation of this condi~
<br />'." lion, it is probably a safe gamble to
<br />increase our outpu tin practically
<br />all lines. The local demand may be
<br />heavier than usual and it is likely
<br />that a call for increased quantities
<br />in other parts of the world will
<br />come. At any rate cellars filled with
<br />"roots" and other vegetables, grain
<br />bins bulging out, haystacks larger
<br />than average years, poultry plants
<br />in full operation, an ample supply
<br />of dairy products, bogs and cattle
<br />and sheep in sufficient numbers to
<br />satisfy a war demand will beyond
<br />doubt give the producer at least a
<br />comfortable feeling next fall and
<br />winter and spring. Time is still in
<br />our favor.

<br />our cattle, and horses and sheep.

<br />Nature's bounteous supply of water

<br />The struggle has been hard and

<br />we persist and avail ourselves of
<br />every possible, contributing factor,
