Into Conservation Fund.--The conservation <br />, <br /> <br />9 fund shall be qamprised of amounts deposited into the fund, <br />10 as follows: <br />11 (1) The amount received by the Western Area Power <br />12 Adainistration pursuant to the surcharge imposed under <br />13 8ubsectioq (b). <br />14 (2) One dollar for each acre foot ot Colorado River <br />15 Storage Project water beinq depleted annually from the <br />16 Colorado River by the Opper Basin water users of water <br />17 from Federally owned projects, as determined by the <br />18 Secretary. <br />19 (C) Surcb&rqe on NAPA Custgmers.--lll In addition to the <br />20 surcharqe i~sed by section lOl(bl, there is imposed a <br />21 surcharge on the electric power rates charged to customers of <br />22 the Western Area Power Admini~tion receiving power ~ <br />23 the Coloradq River Storage Pro;ect.
