The October 1, 1991 system vacant space is <br /> <br /> <br />expected to be about 17,400,000 AF. This vacant space is a result of the 5 lowest <br /> <br /> <br />successive years (1987 through 1991) of inflow into Lake Powell on record. During <br /> <br /> <br />this drawdown period, all minimum deliveries of water have been maintained to <br /> <br /> <br />meet obligations pursuant to '''The Law of the River".
