Task 8 - Products . Draft and Final Alternatives Evaluation Technical Memorandwn Schedule This effort is arguably one of the highest priori- ties for the CSU WRD to achieve its vision of providing the highest value water resources services. Without the critical component of storage, the foundational direction of the WRP could be altered. Therefore, it will be important to collaboratively establish a schedule that all members of CSU's permitting team feel is implementable. We have already begun to brain- storm the sequence of the various work elements and have identified what we perceive to be the critical path toward completing this important step for CSu. This initial timeline, shows the project extending through 1999 to accommodate field investigations which may be required, We are anxious to discuss the work plan we have developed with the remainder of the CSU team as there may be components thar could be joinrly conducted with CSU staff members, This could affect the schedule. We would be willing to explore this possibiliry along with other opportu- nities to allocate our combined resources most efficienrly. Cost As indicated in the RFP, a summary table of proposed tasks and costs is presented on page 15. Projected levels of effort by each professional sbff member are also shown. The cost for ser- vices described in the RFP is $259,273. If CSU desires to perform the additionalbsk of Alterna- tives Evaluation, the total cost would be in- creased by $34,368, We look forward to reviewing the Scope of Work and accompanying cost projection with you in the near future.
