The fuel cost was escalatec
for a 3D-year period. The year-by-year
future values of the fuel costs were ~ulti
plied by the present worth factor using tt
Federal interest rate of 7 7/8 percent anc
a private financing rate of 13.0 percent.
These future values were summed for a peri
of 100 years from the project on-line datE
and multiplied by the capital recovery
factor to obtain the single average annual
equivalent value.
