and considered. Special supporting studies have been prepared by the Colorado
Division of Wildlife, the Rio Grande Water Conservation District, Fish and
Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Geological Survey, and the Heritage
Conservation and Recreation Service. In addition, the project has been sup-
ported and coordinated by water user organizations in the Valley.
