Recreation Novice skier receives instructions. Operations: The Bureau of Reclamation administered recreation facilities at three Colo- rado River Storage Project reservoirs. Fonlen- sHe Reservoir of the Seedskadee Project in Wyoming is administered by the Flaming Gorge Otfice in Dutch John, Utah. Red Fleet Reservoir of the Jensen Unit, Central Utah Project. was opened to recreation use in 1982. The area is a fee area and is administered under a service contract with a private company. Temporary and partially completed facilities at Soldier Creek were administered by the Forest Service, Recreation Planning: Recreation planning for projects under planning investigations status continued on Diamond Fork of the Bonneville Unit, Central Utah Project. Recreation Construction: Dallas Creek Project, Colorado - A boat ramp to serve Ridgway Reservoir is included in the contract for the construction of the dam presently under way. Dolores Project, Colorado: A boat ramp to serve the McPhee Reservoir was constructed. Central Utah Project, Bonneville Unit, U1ah: Construction of campground, picnic, and marina facilities were completed at Soldier Creek. The facilities will be open for public use in the spring of 1984 except for the marina contract which will be awarded later in the year. Construction of a fisherman access area at Soldier Creek Dam was begun and will be completed in the spring of 1984, Strawberry Bay Recreation Area (including campgrounds, picnic areas, fisherman access and marina) are under construction and scheduled for completion in the fall of 1984, Other areas at Strawberry that are presently under construc- tion and Will be completed next spring or summer are Haws Point, Chicken Creek East, and Chicken Creek West fisherman access areas. Other contracts at Strawberry including elec- trical distribution, water well, administrative, and operation and maintenance site work were awarded during the year and have been completed or are presently under construction.
