A report <br />waS prepared showing long-time average sediment flow passing key gages <br />in the Upper Colorado River Basin1 vlater supply studies for Martinez <br />reservoir were completed showing historical, present modified, and ulti- <br />mate flow and evaporations were determined. Preliminary estimate of power <br />production was made for Martinez reservoir under two alternate plans./ <br /> <br />Green Division, Colorado-Utah-Wyoming <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />Flaming Gorge Unit. Preparation of the maps of the Ashley <br />dam site area was continued and is about 80 percent complete. <br />Diamond drilling operations continued at the Ashley dam site. <br /> <br />Echo Park Unit. Studies were made in cQoperation with <br />the National Park Service to show justification of the present <br />location of Echo Park reservoir. Studies on alternative sites <br />for Echo Park reservoir were carried on including a cost estimate <br />of the Ladore site. <br /> <br />Split Mountain Unit. Revision of the cost estimate. for <br />Split Mountain dam was made to show change in costs due to <br />tunnel relocation. <br /> <br />Gunnison Division, Colorado. Studies were continued to determine <br />a feasible and economical plan of hydroelectric development on the <br />Gunnison River for inclusion in the interim project reports. <br /> <br />;- <br />'6' <br />.' <br />o <br />
