Deliveries by <br /> <br />the Firming Thermal Systems shall be made during their coordinated~ <br /> <br />system off-peak hours and from thermal generating units scheduled for <br /> <br />operation for deliveries to the regular customers of the Firming <br /> <br />Thermal Systetns. <br /> <br />4. The United States will permit exchange energy scheduling to <br /> <br />optimize ecOnomy of thermal generation subject, however, to transmission <br />limitations, restrictions on releases of water from its storage reservoirs, <br /> <br />8I!d to the requirements of its year round Preference Customers. <br />5. The Contract will be conditioned upon each party to the <br /> <br />Contract obtaining all federal and state approvals and approVals by <br /> <br />public authorities, agencies, and commissions having jurisdiction. <br /> <br />7.
