Company. <br /> <br />I have reviewed the Arkansas River Compact Administration's <br />resolution dated April 15, 1980 (copy enclosed) and have determined <br />that this proposed operation is wi thin the scope approved by the <br />Administration to the extent that such waters were irrported from the <br />Colorado River basin. Any waters obtained that were not irrpDrted <br />from the Colorado River basin will be applied toward the <br />satisfaction of the prevailing transit loss assessment to exhaustion <br />and thereafter transit losses will be deducted from remaining <br />ilT\Ported water. <br /> <br />Absent any objections from the Committee, I intend to execute this <br />transfer upon receipt of notification from the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife.
