BR!USDA!FWS to work with local water users and Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board to resolve fish and wildlife habitat value replacement concerns in <br />Lower Gunnison. <br /> <br />RESPONSE: <br /> <br />No. specific actions have been taken to date on this matter. As SCS <br />proceeds with preimplementation activities, both Reclamation and FWS <br />will be consulted on the implementation strategy for addressing fish <br />and valve habit wildlife in the project area. <br /> <br />3. USDA only.' <br /> <br />a. pursue line-item funding for C"RSC; <br /> <br />RESPONSE: <br /> <br />USDA continues to support and seek line-item funding consistent <br />with the current USDA implementation schedule for the CRSC <br />program. <br /> <br />b. continued use of ACP carryover funds; <br /> <br />RESPONSE: <br /> <br />ASCS has allocated $2.2 million in ACP carryover funds to the <br />Uinta Basin and Grand Valley salinity control projects. This <br />represents the last of the ACP funds which have been earmarked <br />specificly for salinity control. USDA intends to fund the <br />remainder of the program through special CRSC line i tern funding. <br /> <br />
