Also, a schedule of the hourly rates of the <br />firm's personnel effective for the duration of the study, together with other costs should be <br />included. <br /> <br />The percentages under each Task in Appendix B reflect a preliminary estimate by the <br />CWCB of the approximate percentage of the total contract effort to be allocated to that <br />Task.
