Draft Task Reports as each task is completed (10). <br />. Phase I Draft Preliminary Report (25). <br />. Phase I Final Preliminary Report (25). <br />. Draft Study Report (25). <br />. Final Study Report (50). <br />. Technical Appendices (3), containing: <br />Copy of any previous report relied upon and/or cited in any task or study report <br />prepared as part of this study, if the CWCB does not already have a copy. <br />All technical analyses, calculations, and computer runs conducted as part of this <br />study. <br /> <br />. One reproducible original master copy of the Final Preliminary and the Final Study <br />Reports. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL OUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Provide brief resumes for personnel scheduled to work on this project. Include a brief <br />description of only those projects the person has been involved with that are relevant to this <br />study. This information shall be a ~ summary of the information previously provided in <br />the SOQ. Extensive lists of projects and publications not relevant to this project are <br />discouraged and may not be given consideration by evaluators. <br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT /ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />The roles of the Project Manager and p~rsonnel assigned to this project should be <br />presented in a organization chart and brief narrative form.
