<br />2 <br /> <br />While at Harza, he was resident manager on a feasibility study for a I DO-megawatt <br />hydroelectric development on a tributary of the Blue Nile in Ethiopia; and as planning engineer, he <br />performed a feasibility study for an 80-megawatt hydroelectric development on the Rio Lempa in <br />El Salvador. <br /> <br />In addition Mr. Will served as field engineer and surveyor for Clarence Blair Associates, New <br />Haven, Connecticut. He was chief of survey party, and construction inspector on water control and <br />heavy construction projects. His duties included site mapping, ground control for aerial surveys, <br />construction layout, and quantity measurements. Typical project assignments included <br />responsibility for line and grade on a three-mile water supply tunnel, layout and control of a <br />concrete gravity dam, and shoreline surveys for beach and harbor reclamation. <br /> <br />He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in forestry from the University of Connecticut, a <br />Bachelor of Engineering degree from Yale University, and has taken courses in water resources at <br />Northwestern University. He is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and ll1inois, and is a <br />member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Tau Beta Pi and Chi Epsilon.
