6.1 AUGUST EVENTS

Draft of Corridor Study Report completed by BLM and distributed
to Federal agencies for review and comment.

Conducted a three-day field trip of the Stage I area in
Utah for all interested Federal agencies. Purpose of the
trip was to become familiar with the five possible corridors
from the Emery-Price area to Intermountain Power Project
near Delta, Utah. The group met with Forest Service representatives
to discuss potential corridors.

Draft of Work Order No. 2 for preparation of Project EIS
by BLM under Interagency Agreement No. 3-AA-40-00590 completed.

Work continued on Forest Service/Reclamation Memorandum
of Understanding.

6.2 ANTICIPATED SEPTEMBER EVENTS

Forest Service/Reclamation Memorandum of Understanding signed.
Work Order No. 2 for preparation of EIS by BLM signed.
Preliminary report on Stages I, II, and III of the Project
completed.

Prepare statement of work for Future Energy Demand Study.

Prepare draft of Working Agreement to Cooperative Agreement
between Aquatrain, Inc. and the BUreau of Reclamation which
defines funding and responsibilities for EIS preparation.

6.3 ANTICIPATED OCTOBER EVENTS

Corridor Study Report completed and submitted to Reclamation
by BLM.

Sign Working Agreement to Reclamation/Aquatrain, Inc. Cooperative
Agreement which defines funding and responsibilities for
EIS preparation.

Prepare project description for EIS.
