Those Federal agency products are incorporated herein, except <br />for the work of the U.S. Geological Survey, which has been reported directly <br />to the WRC. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF THIS REPORT <br /> <br />This report fulfills the obligations of the Colorado DNR to the WRC <br />pursuant to the aforementioned MOA between those parties. No conclusions <br />are expressed on behalf of any State (including Colorado) or Federal <br />agency as to the likelihood or desirability of the levels of EET develop- <br />ment here postulated, nor as to the desirability of impacts associated <br />with the provision of water supplies to those potential EETs. This docu- <br />ment's sole function is to report the findings for which section 13(a) <br />calls, without commenting upon whether those findings are in accordance <br />with the plans, programs, policies, or expectations of any State or <br />Fede ral agency. <br /> <br />Any comments that Steering Committee members had about this report, <br />insofar as they pertain to the factual and analytical components .of the <br />assessment, are included in appendix A. By agreement of the Steering <br />Committee, all comments that address a State or Federal agency's policies <br />on the acceptability of the potential development of the subject EETs and <br />the impacts associated therewith are to be sent directly to the WRC, since <br />those comments are beyond the scope of matters that.were to be addressed <br />by the DNR. <br /> <br />1-3 <br />
