The pipeline <br />~lill follo~ the c~eek clign~ent until it reaches the Arkanses <br />River Valley where it will be ro~~ed directly-to the crossj~g <br />unaer the Arkansas River by ~n inverted siphon one mile north of <br />the Town of Buena Vista. The continuing pipeline and flume will <br />craverse directly to the tunnel heading in the upper reaches of <br />the South Fork of Seven Mile Creek.
