This would leave an a.nnual net cash balance of $630.* This <br /> <br />would represent an interest earning of 5 per cent on a capital investment <br /> <br />of $12,600. In 40 annual pa;yments it would retire a capital debt. of <br /> <br /> <br />$14,548 amortized for 40 years at 3 per cent si~le interest.
