Nearly all arable lands under <br /> <br /> <br />ditch or to be under ditch are also irrigable, and likewise nearly all <br /> <br /> <br />lands with surface end topography permitting of irrigation are arable <br /> <br /> <br />lands of good soil quality. <br />
