<br />The plan of implementation of the Forum's 1978 <br /> <br />N <br />N:lo <br />N <br />c:o <br /> <br />report requires that the Forum's permanent Work Group <br /> <br />analyze the progress and results of the salinity control <br /> <br />program as well as other actions in the Basin which <br /> <br />impact on the river's salinity. In addition, the states, <br /> <br />, through the Forum, have agreed to submit an annual report <br /> <br />to the Environmental Protection Agency summarizin,g the <br /> <br />results achieved by the salinity control program and the <br /> <br />effect of other actions in the Basin having an influence <br /> <br />on salinity. This report presents information on <br /> <br />changes occurring during the year October 18, 1979 - <br /> <br />October 17, 1980. <br /> <br />Water Supply <br /> <br />The virgin flow at Lee Ferry, as estimated by <br /> <br />the U.S. Water and Power Resources Service, for the <br /> <br />water years 1973 through 1979 is shown on Table 1. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
